Nick Fieldhouse graduated in law at Bristol University in 1976, and trained as a solicitor in the City, taking up a partnership in 1985 at the age of thirty. In 1998 after 21 years in large London firms he took a partnership in a leading commercial firm in Surrey, forming Fieldhouse & Co. late in 2004.
At all times in his career Nick has specialised as a solicitor advising a wide variety of businesses and individuals in Company Law, Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law, Information Technology Law, Partnership Law, Contract Law and Mergers and Acquisitions Law.
He is married with four adult children and lives and works in Reigate and Redhill. Nick enjoys family life, sailing, golf, skiing, reading and listening to music.

Keith Potter has specialised in employment law since 1984.
For some 8 years he was head of employment law at one of the UK’s largest companies before joining a large City law firm and later moving to a leading practice in Guildford. He has appeared extensively as an advocate in Employment Tribunals throughout the UK, acting for both employers and employees. He has also represented parties at mediations.
In the course of his career he has advised businesses, public sector bodies, charities, sports clubs and individuals on a very wide range of employment law.
Keith has handled a variety of employment issues including dismissals, redundancies, business reorganisations, employment contracts and handbooks, consultancy agreements, disciplinary and grievance procedures, the employment aspects of business sales or changes of contractor, claims of discrimination on grounds of race, sex, age and disability, equal pay, maternity rights, compromise agreements, restrictive covenants, bonus/commission disputes, industrial action and collective consultation.
Before qualifying as a solicitor he studied classics at Corpus Christi College, Cambridge. He is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. He lives in Banstead and is married with 3 children. His interests include cycling, piano music and golf.
