Nick Fieldhouse is a trained mediator who can conduct mediations to resolve disputes.
Keith Potter regularly conducts cases in Employment Tribunals, and acts in relation to employment appeal cases. In the event that a commercial case is taken to the courts the firm will, where appropriate, work with specialist commercial litigators to manage the case.
