Nick Fieldhouse
Nick Fieldhouse has worked as a specialist company commercial solicitor in some of the largest London law firms over a period of 21 years before moving to Surrey to work in a leading corporate finance practice in Guildford.
Nick is a leading corporate finance adviser in the SME market in the South East, buying and selling companies and businesses. He also advises regularly on the conversion of firms to Limited Partnerships, and on share option schemes and shareholder arrangements. He often drafts and advises on commercial contracts and on the settlement of commercial disputes (short of litigation) and is a trained mediator. Nick has specialist training and experience in IT and intellectual property law, advising on software agreements and internet contracts, as well as trade marks, copyright, designs, patents and secrecy law. Nick has acted as the key legal adviser for over 25 years to a large number of businesses ranging from public companies to sole traders and is always prepared to offer a commercial solution as well as legal advice.
He has a diploma in intellectual property law and practice, and has advised extensively in corporate finance, company law, partnership, employment law, insolvency law, commercial law, IT law and the law of intellectual property rights. He has lived in Reigate for 25 years and is married with four children. His interests include his family, skiing, sailing and keeping fit.
